Fetty Princess

Well, hello there! My name is Fetty, and I'm 4-5 years old. People think I’m probably an Olde English Bulldog, because I’m kinda tall. I weigh about 50 pounds. I used to live with a man and his kids and now live with my foster mom, dad, and brother (16). I get along with kids and adults. I'm pretty calm most of the time, but can have crazy spurts of energy. Classic bulldog!

I get along with the other dog that lives here very well, even if the humans keep saying that I can get a little “too personal”. Even so, I almost always choose to be with the lady of the house. But, if she’s not around, I just want to be with someone. I can get a little separation anxiety when left alone. I’ll need a forever family that will work on my anxiety with me.

I've been spayed because I don't need to have any more puppies. While they were at it, they removed a mast cell tumor by my ear and it's all taken care of. I'm a great eater and I LOVE playing with toys. That can be a good distraction when I get anxious. I sometimes have some humping behavior, but this is getting better since my spay.

I have some early arthritis, but I'm on a supplement, and I manage well. I'm potty trained and a good leash walker, but I normally go out in the yard.

My perfect forever home would have lots of opportunities to be social...with humans and other dogs.

The humans would be:
- present (I tend to get anxious when left alone too long);

- careful (I’m known to get into food and the trash);

- loving (I’m a bit of an attention hog.  I want you to notice my entrance and pet me.);

Thanks for reading my story.  I’ve been through a lot, but I promise you that I’m a really sweet and strong girl.  Do you want to be part of my comeback story?
