Hi there! I’m Sugar and appropriately named as I’m as sweet as can be!
I’m an active, sassy young gal somewhere between 1 1/2 to 3 years old. I was found as a stray and probably already had a litter of puppies, but now I’m spayed so those days are behind me now!
I love to be near you and snuggle. Luckily I’m a petite 33ish pounds, so truly lap dog-sized! I also love to play fetch and parkour myself off of furniture like a pin ball!
I’m pretty perfect besides not knowing what personal space is. I am a bit jealous of my feline foster brother and will mark to let him know, but my foster mom is working on it and says it’s improving once you recognize the patterns!
I am very healthy and just need to gain maybe 2 or 3 pounds to make up for my days living on the street. I also have a bit of an ear infection, but the vet did something called a culture to pinpoint the issue and now we’re on our way to fixing it!
It would be great if my forever home has a yard. I walk well on leash, but tend to do my business in a yard. And I love to sit outside and bask in the sun and watch the world go by! I do well in my crate but am happiest when I am by your side.
