🍂 Happy Fall from Barnaby! 🎃
Hi, I’m Barnaby, an 8-year-old English Bulldog with a happy-go-lucky personality, a big smile, and a heart ready for my next chapter! I found myself in a shelter feeling a little confused about how my life had changed, but now I’m at CEBR and ready to find my forever home. ❤️
I like to think I’m about 70% English Bulldog and 30% sea otter because I LOVE rolling onto my back and relaxing. The floor? Perfect. The couch? Even better. Your lap? Absolutely! I’m an equal-opportunity belly-up lounger. 🦦
I also have a special talent for finding things to rest my head on. Kitchen stools, side tables, you name it, I’ll find a way to use it as a pillow! But what I’m really searching for is a forever home where I can finally rest my head and know I’m right where I belong. 🏡💤
I’ve been earning plenty of Halloween treats in my foster home for being a good boy! I’m potty trained, sleep through the night, and politely wait for everyone else to get up in the morning. I’m comfortable in my kennel, but I’ve also earned some freedom in a safe space and have shown that I can be trusted without getting into trouble. Look at me go!
Want to hear me coming? Just listen for my signature flip-flop walk! My short legs and meaty paws make quite the soundtrack. And if you don’t hear my little trot, you’ll probably hear my breathing. 😂 I’m looking for a family who doesn’t mind turning up the TV a little when I’m snoozing in their lap. What can I say? I’m a bulldog, and I take my relaxation seriously!
I’m still working on a couple of things, like remembering that food isn’t always meant for me and keeping my excitement in check when showing affection. Sometimes I dive right in for hand kisses before you’re ready! I promise I’m trying my best to learn some manners, so please don’t let my enthusiasm scare you away. ❤️
I get along with other dogs, but I’d also be perfectly happy being your one and only boo! 👻
