Hello there. My name is Arya (named for the scrappiest of the Starks from Game of Thrones). I'm a distinguished 9 year-old English Bulldog lady. I’m a low-maintenance gal who is looking for just the right person with a warm lap, and full and constant access to you at all times 🙂
I get along well with other dogs. I’m pretty relaxed about most things in life, except one- petting! I require it as much as possible. If your hand stops moving, I’ll remind you. If you are otherwise occupied by eating, working, or just plain existing, I will place my face directly on your leg and stare at you with the full weight of my soul until you course-correct. I deserve it really.
I would love a single-story home. Stairs are my nemesis and I don’t like a battle. I walk well on a leash and won’t drag you down the road like some dogs might. I’m pretty good at going potty outside, but I’ll be honest- I’ve had an accident or two in my days.
I’m not the kinda gal who is easily impressed by every new person. I’ve been around the block once or twice and seen some things. Once you’ve earned my trust though, I want to climb right into your lap forever. Since I’m a mature lady, I prefer calm, genuine people with no drama. I am good with kids though, if they get too bratty, I just walk away.
