CEBR is committed to managing our volunteer's time wisely. Each application requires hours of review and processing. For that reason we ask for an application fee (non-refundable) which shows us your commitment to the process and helps us offset the costs of running this rescue.
We only accept applications if children in the household are eight and up. For families with children under eight we encourage you to adopt from another organization specializing placements with younger kids.
