Hi everyone!! My name is Lucy, but you can call me Wiggle Butt like my foster mom and dad do!!!! Wiggling my tooshie is my backside smile! I’m a 5-year-old English bulldog gal, and I weigh about 40lbs. Everyone is my people. All of them. Little and big, 2 feet and 4 feet. The closer I can get to you the better.
I was a city girl in my other life, but I decided now I want to be a country girl. My foster parents live in the country and I’m living the life. I was made for lying on the deck in the sun without a worry in the world. I have access, at any time, as often as I like, to go out and potty and meander the yard. I say meander——not hike, walk or run. I am not built for athletics and the only time I ‘meander’ is to follow my foster mom, who is my bestie. But then again, I love to follow my foster sister too but she’s so fast. I catch up in my sweet slow time. But the way, I only meander and potty outside, since I’m house trained and pad trained.
It wasn’t a surprise to mom when I jumped up on the couch to lay down by her. No carpet for me. I have a throne in which to occupy. I love it so much that I sleep there. I don't sleep in my foster mom's bed because it's a long way down and if I have to go potty she would have to lift me at night to get down. But if there was a strong human around to do that I would love to slumber with my people. Now that we’re talking about sleep, you should know how important it is to me. I sleep in the car, in my stroller and anytime I have a place to put my head. It’s one of my most favorite things to do. Well, that and get scratches!!
Foster Mom and I were talking about my new future home last night. She wanted to know the requirements I have. It makes me so excited that I can pick and choose what I want in life for a change. I would love a yard in the country or a subdivision. A girls gotta have her place in the sun too. Somewhere to relax and feel the warmth of the good life. I don’t want to climb the Sears building but a few stairs are fine with me. I would love to entertain guests! People are my world! Kids too and other furry friends (cats and dogs)!
My foster mom says that I’m the “complete bully package” and that I’m the squishiest, most lovable little wiggle butt. 😊
